Booking Process

To book an apartment with us please email us on the link below with your requested dates and number of people in your party. We will then send you links to each available property we have.


We take extensive photos and videos of all of our apartments and villas so you can see exactly which property you will be staying in.

Once you have chosen an apartment or villa we will ask you to pay a 10% deposit through PayPal or by Revolut. 


Upon receipt we will send you, via email, your Booking Confirmation Voucher which states your lead family name, email address, telephone number and your accommodation address.

You will also be given your property managers phone number to call when leaving the airport so you can be met at your accommodation with keys.

Balance of payment is due on arrival in cash to your property manager.

Cancellation Policy


Your deposit is fully refundable upto 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Your deposit is non refundable should you cancel in less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Refunds will be made through PayPal.

If you need to cancel your booking with us please let us know as soon as possible so we can release the dates for other guests to book. 

Please note -

  • The majority of our properties come with wifi included in the rental price however a few properties require guests to pay for this service. Your booking agent will advise you of this at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to move you into accommodation of the same or similar standard should any problems occur in your original accommodation which results in us having to move your booking.

  • All guests must take out their own travel insurance.

  • All of our properties are VV Licensed. Copies of all guests passports will be taken on arrival and uploaded onto the Guardia Civils website.
